1. Acceptance of Terms

Our goal is for you to have an easy purchasing experience so you can join us for a fun night of comedy at the world famous Laugh Factory. By purchasing a ticket through The Laugh Factory’s website, you agree to these Terms of Service and Purchase Policy. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with your purchase.

2. Ticket Purchase

  • Ticket Availability: Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. The Laugh Factory does not guarantee the availability of any ticket until the purchase has been completed.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and electronic tickets. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
  • Pricing: All ticket prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to additional service fees, which will be displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will be charged the price at the time of your confirmed purchase.
  • Line-up: All line-ups are subject to change and although we do our best to adhere to the posted schedule, emergencies and such do arise, but the show must go on.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Event Rescheduling or Cancellation: If an event is rescheduled or canceled, you will be notified via email, and The Laugh Factory may, at its discretion, offer a refund or the option to transfer tickets to the new date. Please note that service fees may not be refundable.
  • Refunds for Exceptional Circumstances: In the rare event that a refund is granted at the sole discretion of The Laugh Factory, it may be issued in the form of store credit or a refund to the payment method used.

 

4. Ticket Use and Admission

  • Entry Requirements: Valid identification matching the ticket purchaser’s name may be required for entry. Attendees under 21 may not be admitted to certain shows, and valid ID will be required for verification.
  • Re-entry: Once admitted, re-entry is not allowed unless specifically stated.
  • Prohibited Items: The Laugh Factory reserves the right to inspect personal items upon entry and prohibit items that may disrupt the event.
  • Subject to Search: You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event.
  • Public Event: You agree that coming to the Laugh Factory is a public event and that your visit and admission is public in nature, and there is no expectation of privacy. Your presence at the Laugh Factory grants us permission to utilize any video and photographic data that may contain your image or statements for any purpose without further authorization or compensation.

5. Resale and Transfer

  • Ticket Resale: Tickets purchased through The Laugh Factory website may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes. Resale or transfer in violation of this policy may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
  • Authorized Transfers: For any questions about authorized ticket transfers, please contact The Laugh Factory’s customer service team prior to the event.

6. Personal Conduct and Liability

  • Conduct: The Laugh Factory reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, intoxicated, or in violation of venue policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • Liability: Attending events at The Laugh Factory is done at your own risk. The Laugh Factory and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, lost or stolen items, or other incidents occurring during the event.
